[연구실 소개]
- FM연구실(Facility Management Lab.)
FM이란 사람(people), 장소(place), 업무(process) 및 IT 기술을 통합하여 구축환경의 기능성을 확보하고 조직이 주 업무에 전력할 수 있도록 최적의 환경을 만드는 경영관리기법 이다. 본 연구실은 건축공학, 경영학, 산업공학등 다양한 학문을 접목시켜 전략적인 FM을 위한 시설상태점검(FCA), 벤치마킹/아웃소싱 전략수립, 주요 성과지표 및 의사결정 시스템 개발, 한국형 사회주택 개발 및 운영관리 등의 융합적인 연구를 폭넓게 시도하고 있다.
김준하 교수는 미네소타대학교[University of Minnesota] 건축과를 졸업하고 조지아공과대학[Georgia Institute of Technology] 건축대학원에서 Integrated Facility Management[FM] 전공으로 석.박사학위를 취득하였고 조지아공과대학 시설관리부서 와 Turner Broadcasting System[CNN] 등에서 FM 실무를 익힌후, 2010년 경희대학교로 부임하여 현재 주거환경학과 교수로 재직 중이며, 기업체, 공기업 및 대학교 등에 다양한 FM 특강을 제공하고 자문위원으로 활동하고 있다.
또한 (주)코엔엠 이라는 예비사회적기업을 설립하여 주거약자들을 위한 서울시 사회주택사업을 진행하고 있다. 주요 연구 관심분야로는 Integrated Facility Management, 사회주택 개발 및 운영관리, 전략시설기획관리, 대체워크플레이스, 캠퍼스 시설상태점검 그리고 시설물 유지관리를 위한 의사결정지원시스템 개발 등이 있다.
